45mm Round Axle Common problems:
- Too much weight will bend this 45mm Round Axle to experience excess axle flex. Axle flex occurs when a heavily laden trailer spring rebound on the highway causing the 45mm round axle to flex up and down, or vibrate in the middle of the axle.
- Springs fatigue and fail prematurely under axle flex or overload conditions. Once your load is over 1450kg you will start to experience axle flex.
- Axles and Hollow axles that are incorrectly selected for the job you require.
If your axle is 45mm Round and bending, buy a 45mm square axle and update to 1.5t. It is not very expensive in comparison to replacing springs that have suffered fatigue.
