IMPORTANT: If you are unlikely to be home please place a message in the payment area of us to tell the carrier to leave your goods in a specific location. example: left porch, garage. This will save the goods being returned to the local depot and you arranging a second delivery.

Your order will be manually send by Couplemate to Merchant Services services via encrytped SSL for credit card processing. Once your credit details have been approved you will receive an email confirmation of your order with your purchase details.

Credit card details are NOT AUTOMATICALLY processed. They are manually processed after the order is checked.

Orders are dispatched to StarTrack Express at 2pm each day and are delivered within 2 days east coast and 5 days to West Australia. All due care is taken by our carriers. We do not take responsibility for goods damaged in transit.

If you are using your own carrier please place your Carrier Account details in the comment field on your order.
