Couplemate are manufacture an extensive range of Galvanised U Bolts. Galvanised U Bolts are designed with a longer thread and unique Galvanised washer, Galvanised spring washer and Galvanised nut. Threads are machine rolled rather than cut with a die. Cut threads with a die are intrinsically weaker than rolled threads.

(185523g) Galvanised U Bolts 56mm WIDE x 5.5inch GALVANISED U BOLT CLAMP KIT
Galvanised U Bolts with plates are used to clamp equipment onto boat trailer or like trailers. Clamps are non galvanised.

Inside measurement is 56mm.

Inside of top to tip of thread equals thread length is 5.5"
