Answer: Shop Price is the amount you will be quoted when you visit a trailer parts shop. There are big discounts for all online sales due to the fact we do not have to provide staff to handle retail questions. You get discounts when ordering online and rightly so.
2nd Question is: I am broken down so you have xxxxx part in stock anbd how quickly can you get it to me.
Answer: Yes, we specialise in breakdown services. Caravan springs break from shock loading over long distances, it is common. We can get your springs on transport today, no problem. Whatever you have broken there is a great chance we have it in stock.
All our products are selected for sale on the basis of quality so we can offer you our unconditional guarantees for products you have purchased will perform to manufactures specifications.
All parts are generally dispatched same day as ordered except for axle orders. Axles are dispatched 48 hours from order because they are made as orders arrive. Yes, we stock axles for single and tandem trailers.

We can confidently build a reliable rig for you that will venture into Cape York or the Pilbara Country if that is where you wish to travel. City, Highway or Off-Road rigs vary slightly depending on your requirements.
Custom setups are common and it is great when your setup fits perfect first time and performs like a dream. There is no standard setup or standard axle width.
We do not send axle parts unassembled because YOU want your axle setup PERFECT and WE want it to fit PERFECT. So your axle assembly is put together by an expert using the best parts available on the Australian market.

Walk in sales by appointment only. Internet orders indicating pickup are automatic approved appointments.
