Answer: Shop Price is the amount you will be quoted when you visit a trailer parts shop. There are big discounts for all online sales due to the fact we do not have to provide staff to handle retail questions. You get discounts when ordering online and rightly so.
Our most important issue is CUSTOMER SERVICE. When ordering axle setups, our company will not leave you hanging on the end of the phone waiting to speak to a real person nor will we pick answers out of a spreadsheet and email them to you.
All our products are selected for sale on the basis of quality so we can offer you our unconditional guarantees for products you have purchased will perform to manufactures specifications.

All parts are generally dispatched same day as ordered except for axle orders. Axles are dispatched 48 hours from order because they are made as orders arrive. Yes, we stock axles for single and tandem trailers.

Did you know that every time you holiday, you add weight to your rig. Sounds too easy but many rigs become overweight after a few years adding a few kilos each year. We recommend overbuild 20%.
When building or modifying a trailer there are two critical issues that will decide your purchase.

The more weight you wish to carry, the higher the cost.
We can confidently build a reliable rig for you that will venture into Cape York or the Pilbara Country if that is where you wish to travel. City, Highway or Off-Road rigs vary slightly depending on your requirements.
Custom setups are common and it is great when your setup fits perfect first time and performs like a dream. There is no standard setup or standard axle width.
We do not send axle parts unassembled because YOU want your axle setup PERFECT and WE want it to fit PERFECT. So your axle assembly is put together by an expert using the best parts available on the Australian market.

Pickups are OK but please place your order first so we can have it ready for you. Couplemate Trailer Parts Pty Ltd operates a warehouse and does not retail. However we do take web orders for pickup or dispatch. We do not provide staff to handle retail, walk in sales.
Walk in sales by appointment only. Internet orders indicating pickup are automatic approved appointments.
You can reach Couplemate Pty Ltd between 8am and 5pm EST Monday to Friday. No Saturdays unless by appointment.
